Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Everfield - Product Options app ("Everfield", "the app", "we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

The Service

Normalize lets merchants add custom input fields to Shopify product and cart pages. Customer answers are saved to the Shopify cart and order as line item properties and cart attributes. We may update, improve, or modify features of the app over time.

Plans, Billing, and Trials

• The app offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system and appear on your Shopify invoice.
• Plans include monthly form-view limits as described on our pricing page. A form view is counted each time a customer sees your widget on the storefront.
• Paid plans may include a free trial. Unless stated otherwise, charges begin after the trial ends. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from within Shopify.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app to:

• Collect data in violation of applicable law or Shopify's policies.
• Upload or request unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its infrastructure.

Merchant Responsibilities

You are responsible for the fields you create, the data you collect, and for providing any privacy notices and obtaining any consent required from your customers. You are responsible for reviewing collected data and fulfilling orders accordingly.

Intellectual Property

The app, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. You retain ownership of your store content and the data collected through your storefront.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. Upon uninstall, app data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
